We understand that you are a shareholder in London Asia Capital plc as your name and address have been provided to us by your custodian.

Your shares in London Asia Capital plc are held by your stockbroker or bank in a custodian or nominee account and you may not normally receive circulars or the company accounts as they are not necessarily forwarded on to the individual shareholders by the custodian.

As your Board, we want to be able to communicate with all shareholders.

The London Asia Capital plc shares were suspended from AIM in 2008 and therefore some shareholders may fear that their shareholding is worthless. This is most certainly not the case as the enclosed 2009 Report & Accounts confirm.

You may choose to track further announcements by either going to the company web site at www.londonasiacapital.com or registering for e-mail alerts on that web site.

You may also wish to attend the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 28 July 2010.

Please VOTE by returning the enclosed Proxy Form to your custodian who will stamp and sign the form and send it to the Registrar. Since the custodian is the registered shareholder they must then forward the Proxy
Form to the Registrar.
