This privacy notice lets you know about the personal data that we hold about you. We are a data controller of your personal data. Our Company Secretary acts as our data protection officer.

The electronic data that we hold about you is contained principally in our Register of Shareholders (the “Register”) which we are obliged to maintain under the Companies Acts and pursuant to our Articles of Association that is available for inspection at our offices.

We do not collect data on you to pass on to third parties for marketing or offering goods or services. The data we hold is for company administration purposes. We do operate an email alert system for those persons who wish to be party to it and they are given alerts on uploads to our website, which is at .This email alert system is not limited to shareholders and any person may voluntarily join or voluntarily leave by notifying us accordingly.

The Company in General Meeting approved under its Articles of Association and in accordance with the Companies Acts to adopt electronic communication with its shareholders but this is at the choice of each individual shareholder. Where shareholders have notified us of their preference to be contacted electronically prior to 25th May 2018, we will continue to make electronic communication with that shareholder after that date but that shareholder may at any time opt out of electronic contact by notifying us accordingly.

We will maintain our data on our Register in electronic form for as long as we are required to do so under the Companies Acts and pursuant to our Articles of Association. This means, in practice, for as long as the Company is in existence. This is in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

From time to time we share our data with professional third parties for company administration proposes and in particular, but not exclusively, these would be Companies House, our auditors and accountants, our solicitors, our banks for the purposes of their CCD and KYC requirements, our security printers for the purposes of mailing (by print and electronic) our shareholders, or in accordance with any other legal or regulatory requirements.

You have the right to check the data we hold on you and to object and change the data if you consider it inaccurate. Contact our Company Secretary in this regard should you have any concerns.
