    Results of the voting on the four Resolutions put to the General Meeting of the company on 7th December 2016

The results of the four resolutions put to our General Meeting today were that they were all passed as follows:-

  • Resolution 1: unanimously passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;

  • Resolution 2: unanimously passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;

  • Resolution 3: unanimously passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;

  • Resolution 4: passed by the required poll vote with 45,923,729 votes in favour and 107,140 votes against.
