    Results of the voting on the four Resolutions put to the General Meeting of the company on 28th June 2018

The results of the four resolutions put to our General Meeting today were that they were all passed as follows:-

  • Resolution 1: passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;

  • Resolution 2: passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;

  • Resolution 3: passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;

  • Resolution 4: passed on a show of hands by the General Meeting;
