The results of the three resolutions put to our General Meeting today were that they were all passed on poll votes as follows:-

• Resolution 1: To receive and adopt the audited accounts of the Company for the financial accounting period ended 30th June 2022.


• The resolution was approved:-


• In Favour: 57,164,217
• Against: 0 votes


• Resolution 2: To re-appoint Defries Weiss (Accountants) Limited as auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next general meeting at which accounts are laid before the Company.


• The resolution was approved:-


• In Favour: 57,161,373
• Against: 2,844 votes


• Resolution 3: To authorise the directors to agree the remuneration of the auditors.


• The resolution was approved:-
