    Results of the voting on the four Resolutions put to the General Meeting of the company on 13th May 2021

The results of the four resolutions put to our General Meeting today were that they were all passed on poll votes as follows:-

  • Resolution 1: passed by 480,375.568 votes to nil;

  • Resolution 2: passed by 480,375.568 votes to nil;

  • Resolution 3: 480,222,724 votes to 152,844;

  • Resolution 4: passed by 480,372,724 votes to 2,844.
