3 February, 2011

Dear Shareholders,

Adjournment of Requisitioned General Meeting until 12 noon Monday 21st February 2011

The General Meeting (GM) of London Asia Capital plc (the Company), convened for Monday 24 January, pursuant to section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 (the General Meeting), was opened and Richpoint
Overseas Group Ltd (Richpoint or the Requisitioner) indicated that they would call for a Poll to appoint Prof. Francesco Gardin, a director of the Company, as Chairman of the meeting. To avoid the delay that would have occurred had a poll on this matter taken place, shareholders present accepted Prof. Francesco Gardin as Chairman.

Following discussions on the resolutions on the agenda and the proposed disenfranchising of a shareholder holding 10.45m shares, it was proposed by the Requisitioner to adjourn the meeting and approved by showing of hand. Consequently, the GM was then adjourned until 12 noon Monday,
21 February 2011, without a vote being taken on any of the proposed resolutions.

Shareholders who have already voted need take no further action.

Shareholders who have not voted may do so. A Proxy form can be downloaded for that purpose.

Shareholders are reminded that their forms of proxy submitted in accordance with the timetable for the GM will remain valid at the reconvened GM unless they are otherwise withdrawn or amended by a shareholder. All resolutions which were to be taken at the GM will be tabled at the reconvened GM without amendment, save for the resolution relating to the proposed removal of the Earl of Cromer which is no longer necessary following his resignation.

If they choose, shareholders are most welcome to attend in person. The adjourned GM will take place at Noon on Monday, 21 February 2011 at the offices of Speechly Bircham LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX.

For and on behalf of the Board
